A nationally renowned business veteran, Roland L. Jones has served as the Market Director, Mid-Atlantic Region the Clean Water Partnership for the Corvias Infrastructure Solutions. As Program Director he is responsible for ensuring goals and objectives are achieved in the assigned portfolio.
Jones is a Procurement Professional who has served in the following positions: Director, Strategic Sourcing, University of Maryland College Park, Chief Procurement Officer for Prince George’s County Government, Executive Director, Prince George’s County Supplier Development & Diversity Department, Director of Procurement & Contract Management for the Maryland Department of Environment. Prior to joining the public sector, Jones developed an impressive track record in the private sector with such entities as AT&T, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Sprint Nextel Corporation, GTSI, I-Net, Fannie Mae,
A sought-after national expert in the field of Supplier Development and Diversity, Jones serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council, (CRMSDC).

He holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Maryland – University College and a Bachelor of Arts in the Administration of Justice from Howard University. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and an active member of the local community through the First Baptist Church of Glenarden and as a member of the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington Prince George’s County.
