A nationally renowned business veteran, Roland L. Jones has served as the Market Director, Mid-Atlantic Region the Clean Water Partnership for the Corvias Infrastructure Solutions. As Program Director he is responsible for ensuring goals and objectives are achieved in the assigned portfolio.

Jones is a Procurement Professional who has served in the following positions: Director, Strategic Sourcing, University of Maryland College Park, Chief Procurement Officer for Prince George’s County Government, Executive Director, Prince George’s County Supplier Development & Diversity Department, Director of Procurement & Contract Management for the Maryland Department of Environment. Prior to joining the public sector, Jones developed an impressive track record in the private sector with such entities as AT&T, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Sprint Nextel Corporation, GTSI, I-Net, Fannie Mae,

A sought-after national expert in the field of Supplier Development and Diversity, Jones serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council, (CRMSDC).

  • He holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Maryland – University College and a Bachelor of Arts in the Administration of Justice from Howard University. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and an active member of the local community through the First Baptist Church of Glenarden and as a member of the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington Prince George’s County.
